Enjoy the wonderful journey that is your life my friends!

Don't count on witnessing Watchtower's demise anytime soon.
by Roger Kirkpatrick inthe fact that there are pomi ex-jws who have been disfellowshiped or inactive for years who still live in constant fear of armageddon indicates that watchtower will manage to exist in one way or another for years, if not decades, to come.
watchtower, like all other religious cults, operate on the premise that "you can fool some of the people all of the time...and that's enough!

Yes you are right. Even if the wheels fell off tomorrow, it would take another 100 years to get this cancer fully removed from our society!

What is the longest distance you drove to attend a summer Convention?
by RULES & REGULATIONS inhere is a photo of the milwaukee brewers ( american baseball team) county stadium.
for some reason, we were assigned this outdoor stadium for our 1975 four-day summer convention.
our congregation was located 90 miles away on the north side of chicago.. some congregation members stayed at milwaukee hotels for the four-day convention.

a sister in the congregation is planning to divorce her husband who is also a witness so she can marry a different brother in the same hall!

You forget one important thing and that is Adultery is a provision from Jehovah!
Let’s say you are in a bad marriage say there maybe abuse or bad sex or any number of things that make this marriage undesirable. With the witnesses there is only two ways to get out of it. Death or adultery. Since murder is illegal in most areas, this makes adultery your best option. Of course you have to set in the back of the Kingdom Hall for a few years but it beats 30 years in the slammer! So you can see this is a wonderful provision from god’s loving organization to get out of a bad marriage!
ps it got me out of mine
